The Super Sedan Association conducted their Annual
General Meeting in Ipswich (QLD) on Saturday, July
31, with Management Committee positions confirmed
for the 2010/2011 season.
Steve Pearce was elected as President for the next
12 months, with outgoing President Paul Geary to
serve as Vice-President. Ian Boettcher retains his
position as Treasurer, with Chloe O’Brien taking
over the role of Secretary. Four drivers
representatives complete the committee, with Mat
Pascoe, Greg Maher, Colin Hockley and David Knight
filling these positions.
The 2010/2011 season is shaping as the biggest ever
in the history of the SSA following confirmation of
a Proton S16 sedan as first prize in the Ian
Boettcher Proton Championship Series. The
Development Series will also be staged again this
season, with 8 rounds scheduled across the state.
The race schedules for both competitions will be
released soon.
