Nominations for the
2009/2010 Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series are now open
and all Super Sedan drivers are invited to submit their nomination,
whether it is for an individual round, multiple events or the entire
series schedule.
Drivers intending to
take part in all 10 rounds are encouraged to nominate prior to the
start of the opening round to secure a substantial saving and
eligibility for contingency awards and series prizemoney. The
nomination fee is $150 per round or $600 for the entire series if
paid prior to the opening round in Rockhampton on December 28.
Therefore, any driver intending to contest four or more events would
be advised to submit their nomination form and the $600 nomination
fee before the series gets underway, regardless of which rounds they
intend contesting. Once the series starts, the nomination fee is
$150 per round regardless of how many rounds are being contested.
The 2009/2010 Carline
Mufflers National Super Sedan Series is open to all Super Sedan
competitors in Australia and it will be fantastic to see big fields
on hand at each round to take on the series regulars. This year, in
addition to the prizemoney on offer at each round, there are
significant rewards on offer for non-contracted drivers at various
rounds, including the Ocean Tyres Queensland Cup, the SSA of NSW
Local Hero and the APCO Warrnambool Tri-City Series, while drivers
contesting every round will be eligible for the East Coast Traffic
Control Privateers Cup. Furthermore, drivers contesting the full
series schedule for the first time will also be eligible for the
Clearview Towing Mirrors Rookie of the Year.
At the moment, 25
drivers have confirmed their nomination for the entire series
schedule, which comprises 10 rounds of competition in four states.
